Philadelphia Weekend Weather Forecast - Sat AM
Deep low pressure is departing and the winds are rushing in as the pressure moves back from an extreme low of 29.13 inches Hg to more normal levels ( about 30.00, actually 29.92). A cyclonic flow and cold air aloft will bring instability cloudiness today, with more sun after 2 PM. Things become tranquil for Sunday, before another low approaches for Monday.

Unseasonably cool conditions for Tues and Wed of next week, as an anomalous winter-like upper trough develops.

Sat 4/4: Considerable cloudiness, (some sunny breaks possible) in the morning with increasing sun during the afternoon. Very windy. High 58

Sun 4/5: Sunny, much less wind. Some increasing cloudiness during the very late afternoon or early evening. High 62

Space Weather: The solar flux has shown some slight increase, but it's still very low. No sun spots.
Our cooler than usual weather continues into spring, as the sunspot minimum continues and solar flux remains at a very low level. Expect the spring to continue to be cooler on average. Check out the solar flux at:
