Philly Weekend Weather Forecast -Thu PM
A front moves through and stalls south of our area over the weekend. There are significant differences between the NAM and GFS models, with GFS maintaining clouds over us for Saturday, while the NAM suppresses the moisture to our south. Both show a disturbance moving through Saturday night, with showers. Some cloudiness lingers into Sunday.
Sat 4/28: Sunny in the morning, increasing clouds in the afternoon. Showers at night. High 60.
Sun 4/29: Considerable cloudiness, some sun in the afternoon. High 64.

Philly Weekend Weather Forecast -Fri PM
A fascinating weather map for the next several days as a nor'easter develops following the passage of a cold front on Saturday. An upper air disturbance phases with a low pressure system moving up the coastline from Florida and results in intense cyclogenesis over our area for Sunday through Tuesday. High winds, and heavy rains and thunderstorms possible.
Sat 4/21: Becoming cloudy with showers in the afternoon. High 72.
Sun 4/22: Cloudy, windy, chilly with heavy rain and thunderstorms possible. High 56

Philly Weekend Weather Forecast -Sat AM
The colder cyclonic flow that has been with us for the past several days relaxes, as a return flow over the weekend brings warmer temperatures back. A warm front will approach on Saturday and move through late Saturday night or early Sunday. Most of the showers associated with this front are expected to shear off to our north, but there's a chance of a light shower very early. Clouds gradually break for some sun during the afternoon. Much milder temps for Sunday.
Sat 4/14: Sunny with high clouds early, then increasing clouds later. High 72.
Sun 4/15: Cloudy with a chance of a shower around daybreak, then gradually becoming partly sunny. Mild, high 76.

The colder cyclonic flow that has been with us for the past several days relaxes, as a return flow over the weekend brings warmer temperatures back. A warm front will move through late Saturday night or early Sunday. Most of the showers associated with this front are expected to shear off to our north. Much milder temps for Sunday.

The overall pattern favors rather dry weather for the upcoming week. An amplified jet stream will relax on Saturday, allowing mild weather to return to our area. Another front moves through on Tuesday allowing cooler temperatures to return.
Sat 4/7: Sunny but windy. High 65.
Sun 4/8: Sunny and milder. High 66.
