    Phillies Weather- Tues PM
What a crazy decision by MLB. Yeah, wait for the Rays to catch up before suspending the game. They should have called this game an hour earlier.

The latest NAM model available now shows heavy rain through the day on Tuesday, with increasing winds. Rain may not end until late afternoon, according to the NAM. Doesn't look like the balance of the game will be played tomorrow, but then again, who would have thought they would let it go on this long tonight?!

Freezing temperatures by Thursday morning. As mentioned, expect a cold winter this winter, with the sunspot cycle in absolute minimum and associated solar flux very low.

Phillies World Series Weather Update- Sat PM
The frontal system is moving through Pennsylvania this afternoon. Both the GFS and NAM models continue to show about 0.20 inches of rain falling after 8PM tonight (Sat). Not sure if the Phillies game will be delayed for the rain to pass. Hard to tell about the exact time for the rain ending, but I would put it between 9 and 10 PM tonight.

A cold pattern develops in our area for mid-week with cold temperatures for October.

Sat 10/25: Cloudy with rain, now starting in the early morning. Windy with rain in the afternoon. Rain will likely end between 9-10 PM tonight. High 64.

Sun 10/26: Partly sunny, breezy. High 66.

Philadelphia Weekend Weather Forecast- Fri PM
The latest models continue to show low pressure approaching form the southwest on Saturday, with an upper closed low near the Great Lakes The GFS model seem to have the low pressure move away much sooner than previously thought with the rain over by 8PM Saturday evening, although the NAM continued to have rain into the evening hours. Radio forecasts have been talking about very heavy rains during the day, but the model output that I'm looking at seems to have less than 1 inch of rain falling. That said, it will still be a rainy day on Saturday. Partly sunny skies for Sunday as high pressure builds in.

The latest NAM model output is just becoming available. The NAM output continues to have some rain until at least 9 PM. How will this affect the Phillies game?

Sat 10/25: Cloudy with rain, now starting in the early morning. Windy with rain in the afternoon. May be over by mid evening. High 68.

Sun 10/26: Partly sunny, breezy and a bit cooler. High 62.
