Philadelphia Weekend Weather Forecast- Fri AM
The tropical low combined with the upper low that is giving us all of the wet weather today is expected to move out to the NE later tonight. An upper cyclonic flow will remain, though. The models maintain a signficant amount of low cloudiness on Saturday, although little rain is expected (possibly a few quick spits.)

A tough forecast, since upper lows and tropical lows can be difficult to nail down. (Although the models, particularly, the NOGAPS, did a great job in predicting the heavy rain waiting for early today.)

Sat 9/12: Low cloudiness, cool and damp. Possibly some bright breaks during the day. A light sprinkle can't be ruled out. High 72

Sun 9/13: Early morning clouds break to partly sunny conditions and milder. High near 80.
