Philadelphia Weekend Weather Forecast - Fri PM
The general scenario of a stalled front acting as a focal track for the development of showers and thunderstorms has remained unchanged since my last forecast. Already, the development of a line of showers and thunderstorms to our west at 6:30 PM doesn't jive with the GFS model run from this afternoon.

This means the small scale aspects of the weather pattern will be difficult to pin down. The weather we had today (Friday) will be representative of the the weather we can expect on Saturday. There will be times of showers, bright spots, some sun, and dark clouds.

For Sunday, the models have been consistent with predicting a heavier rain starting in the morning.

Sat 5/1: Clouds, showers and even some sun and bright spots. High 65. (Most likely time of showers is the mid to late afternoon. The morning will be cloudy, but not raining.)

Sun 5/2: Cloudy with rain. High 61.
