Philly Weekend Weather - Sat 11/19 and Sun 11/20
Cold high pressure will continue to dominate us over the weekend, giving sunny skies, but cold temps. Early morning temperatures will be near or below freezing on Saturday. Somewhat milder on Sunday. An interesting wintery pattern develops next week as a deep trough and coastal low development is suggested with several model runs. Details seem to change daily, but colder temps and unsettled conditions are in store next week.

There is even the chance of light snow on Thanksgiving!

Sat 11/19: Mostly sunny and seasonably cool. High 48 after a cold morning below 30.

Sun 11/20: Some very early morning cloudiness...then mostly sunny. High 55.

    Upcoming Winter Weather Notes
A very deep trough and upper closed low pattern is forecast for the next two weeks. Several significant coastal storms are forecast by the models to develop. If this were February, we'd be concerned about blizzards. Is this an indication of the coming winter? We'll have to see how this pattern holds.
