Latest NAM cranks out several inches of snow by Wednesday morning  (4 inches) as the heavy rain Tuesday transitions to snow Tuesday night.  This is for PHL airport.  More north and west.

The predicted thermal profile of this storm continues to become colder as it moves slowly past us Tuesday night.  Stay tuned.

These forecasts (temp, rain/snow, etc) are based on the weather model data for the location represented by the "X"— data specific to the weather model grid points: Fort Washington State Park and Blue Bell (KLOM) Montgomery County, PA. This data point is more central to the Philadelphia area at large than Philadelphia Airport (KPHL).

Forecasts now include Max Temperature with Standard Deviation (sd) from the model blend (NBM).
