The afternoon model data [ #PAwx ] shows that the heavier snow will remain to the south of PHL and the QPF values for PHL are now in the 0.20 inch water range. So snow totals look to be less– about 2-4 inches.

Weather Update
There have been some shifts in the forecast. This afternoon’s NAM is again cranking out about 2-3 inches of snow this evening for PHL and the short range HRRR model has even a bit higher totals for central NJ. The front comes through about 7-8 pm.
Other things that have changed with the forecast- the cold air doesn’t really get here until dawn on Sunday. Let’s see what else happens.
