This morning’s GFS model has a QPF of nearly 0.70 inches water between 7AM and 7PM for gridpoint PHL.   Depending upon the temperature dependent water-snow ratio,  (1:10 or 1:15) I still think 10, possibly 12 inches is a good bet for PHL.
