ECMWF – the model of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasting.
An advanced numerical weather prediction model whose global version predicts out to 10 days (240 hours) for their 00z and 12z and less for the 06z and 18z.
The ECMWF was previously available only through paid subscription and recently made available via the Open Data Project.
