19z = 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (or 3 PM EDT)
Weather Models use the military designation 19z or 19 “zulu”.
This is the same as 19 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) or what used to be called 19 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
The major weather models are run 00z, 06z, 12z and 18z. The NBM’s 19z run is one of four daily that forecasts hourly precipitation past 36 hours.
