Updated Saturday 08/15/26 @ 8:38 PM — The models have showers moving in from the southwest between noon and 2 PM on Sunday. It would not surprise me if some scattered showers move in earlier – late morning.

Heavier widespread rain is likely by 4-6 PM. There’s a large spread in forecast total rainfall from 0.63” to over 2.1”.

A low pressure system, currently developing in the Midwest will move east to be over our area late Sunday.

Mostly sunny, although sunshine will be a bit dimmed by considerable wildfire smoke. Highs (Model Blend): Blue Bell- 87º Philadelphia 89º -90º ±2.7º Slightly above average standard deviation and uncertainty.

Low pressure moves directly over our area.

Cloudy. Showers and thunderstorms move in from the west, as early as noontime and as late 3 PM Highs (Model Blend): Blue Bell- 87 º Philadelphia 88º ±2.0º Average sd and uncertainty.

The models continue to predict hot weather for Monday and Tuesday. Highs in the low 90s Monday and mid 90s Tuesday!.
