A cold front is expected to move through Saturday night into Sunday morning. The latest models shows slightly more rain associated with the front than had previously been forecast. We really need some rain.

The above graphic is a model blend-based forecast rainfall total. The latest RRFS shows similar rainfall for our area. It appears that showers and some embedded thunderstorms will move through about 3 AM Sunday morning and will be off the Jersey coast by 8 AM Sunday.

Clouds will break for sunshine by mid morning.
